Fireflies.ai is an AI meeting assistant. It joins your Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex calls, or captures them through a Chrome extension, desktop app or mobile app. It then records, transcribes and summarizes each meeting, and AskFred, its AI assistant, lets you ask questions across all your meetings. Notes, action items and meeting data can go straight into Slack, your CRM and other apps. Fireflies says it is used by more than 1 million companies.
For small businesses, the free plan is a low-risk way to start: transcription is unlimited, with 400 minutes of storage per team. Pro ($10/seat/mo billed annually, $18 monthly) suits individuals and small teams that need unlimited AI summaries, integrations and video recording. Business ($19/seat/mo annually, $29 monthly) adds unlimited storage, conversation intelligence, team analytics and multi-language mode for growing teams. Enterprise ($39/seat/mo, annual only) adds SSO/SCIM, HIPAA compliance, private storage, custom data retention and a dedicated account manager for teams above 10 seats, so it also fits larger organizations.
